Not everyone loves Christmas. For some this is a stressful time of year. Many of us exchange gifts, representing the three wisemen who brought gifts to our Savior when he was born. Even if you don’t give or receive a gift this Christmas; here are three gifts waiting to be exchanged with our Savior:
He will give us beauty for ashes.
He will give us the oil of joy for mourning.
He will give us the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.
(Isaiah 61:3)
Because of His grace, I love Christmastime and the joyful feelings it brings. I am grateful for these three precious gifts that our Savior made available to each one of us.
