Lost and Finding Joy

I’m sorry.

And I’m not just saying that because you told me to say it.

I truly am sorry.

I’m sorry I failed you as a mother.

I’m sorry you had to live with divorced parents.

I’m sorry you didn’t feel the love I have for you.

I’m sorry I couldn’t share that with you the way you needed me to.

The thing I wanted most in this life was to be a good mom.

I know that somehow I failed you time and time again.

There is nothing I wouldn’t do if I knew it would help you.

I am out of options.

I don’t know what to do anymore.

I’m sorry.

There is One who will never fail you.

I pray you find Him.

His name is Jesus.

He will never fail you nor forsake you.
